Who we are
This website is operated by KPP Komet (Finswimming Team Komet), Zagreb, Croatia, OIB 11305346197 ("we"). Contact: [email protected].
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own website.
Personal data
We only process the personal data you send us by email (for example your name, email address, organisation and the content of your message). We use it solely to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to prepare an offer or deliver a service. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Service providers
To run this website and our email we use the following providers, which process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosts this website, provides the domain name, and forwards messages sent to [email protected]. Like any web server, it briefly processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages securely.
- Google (Gmail): receives and stores the emails you send to [email protected].
These providers may process data outside the European Union; they do so under the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
External links
This website links to other websites, such as Instagram, CMAS and Finswimmer.com. When you follow those links, the privacy policies of those websites apply. Documents offered for download (for example partner profiles) are provided for information only.
Disclaimer
The content of this website is provided for general information. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or free of errors. Training information and tutorials do not replace the supervision of a qualified coach: practise finswimming in a safe environment, appropriate to your level, and only with adequate swimming skills. Competition rules are summarised for information; the official CMAS rules always prevail.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP).
